In my last photo shoot, I learned how to experiment with light painting. What it entails is setting my camera shutter speed to five seconds, using multiple flashlights, some stationary and some waving around in order to create streaks or circles of light or illuminate the model in a unique way. For the first couple of pictures, I had the focus off to create a fuzzy shadow and make the eyes of the model stand out. Then for the rest of the pictures, I had everything in focus and concentrated the flashlights in order to create a cool shadow in some of them. Most of the pictures had multiple spotlights, like the one above, which isn't something I was aiming for, but ended being my favorite part.
